Your information, handled with care

RunIt Errands collects the information needed to create your account, process bookings, take payments, communicate service updates and provide customer support.

Information we use

This is a staging demo. Use fictitious details and a unique test password only. Accounts, enquiries and bookings are saved in the application; test payment mode does not prevent data storage. Do not include real addresses, identity documents, banking or prescription details. Retention and operational contact arrangements still require confirmation before real use.

This may include your name, contact details, service addresses, booking instructions and payment references. Card details are processed by PayFast and are not stored by RunIt.

Why we use it

We use personal information only for providing and improving the requested service, legal record-keeping, fraud prevention and communication you have agreed to receive.

Website delivery and analytics

The deployed site loads Cloudflare Insights for website traffic and performance measurement. Requests to the website and its delivery infrastructure involve technical information such as network address and browser headers. The absence of cookies on an initial visit is not a promise that no information is processed. Contact enquiries are stored by this application; a notification is attempted only if a non-placeholder contact address is configured.

Your choices

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you may ask to access, correct or delete information we hold, subject to legal retention requirements.

Contact

An operational privacy contact is not configured for this demo. Contact the person who provided access about any information already submitted. Do not submit real personal information while this remains unresolved.

You can also contact South Africa's Information Regulator about a POPIA concern.

This starter notice should be reviewed against the business's final operations and legal requirements before launch.
